How much does an interior designer in Miami cost?

Investment scales with scope, scale and finish level. Most residential engagements begin in the high five figures for a focused Foundation or Vision package and rise from there for full Complete delivery. Commercial projects vary by program. We provide a fixed proposal once the scope is defined — no hidden fees, no design-by-the-hour.

Do you work on residential and commercial interiors?

Yes. Our practice covers private homes, apartments, condominiums, boutique retail, hospitality interiors and small office environments — anywhere the work is interior, residential or light commercial. We do not take on large institutional or industrial programs.

Which areas of Miami do you serve?

Our studio is in Doral and we work throughout South Florida — primarily Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne and Fort Lauderdale. Projects outside this radius are considered case by case.

Do you offer full-service interior design?

Yes. Our Complete tier is full-service interior design: from interior architecture and space planning through procurement, custom furniture, vendor coordination, install and the final punch list. You speak to the studio at every stage — no handoff to a separate execution team.

Can you manage furniture, procurement and installation?

Yes — included in the Complete tier and available as an add-on to Vision. We source through trade-only showrooms, vetted vendors and our own bespoke furniture program, and we manage delivery, install and any post-install adjustments.

Do you work with architects and contractors?

Daily. We collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and architects of record on every project that touches permits. For Blueprint, we issue architect-stamped construction documents through partnered licensed architects in Florida.

Do you offer bilingual service in English and Spanish?

Yes. The studio operates fully in English and Spanish — drawings, meetings, vendor communication and contracts are produced in either language on request.

How do I start a project with Kosa Design?

Email studio@kosadesigns.com with a brief description of the property, the scope you’re considering and your target timeline. We respond within two working days and schedule a discovery conversation — by phone, video or in-person at the studio in Doral — to scope the right tier for your project.

Still something we didn’t cover?

The discovery call is free. We listen, we ask the right questions about your property and your timeline, and we write a fixed proposal. No pressure, no design-by-the-hour, no hidden fees.
